Copilot Ads

Copilot Ads helps authorized agency teams connect advertising accounts, monitor performance, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Teams grant access through platform authorization. Copilot Ads reads campaign performance and supports controlled campaign-management actions only for advertising accounts the agency is authorized to manage.

Privacy Policy

Copilot Ads processes information provided by users and connected advertising platforms, including account identifiers, campaign metadata, budget settings, performance metrics, recommendations, approvals, and execution history. Platform data is accessed only through permissions granted by the client or authorized user.

We use advertising data for reporting, optimization recommendations, approved campaign actions, platform monitoring, and audit logs. We do not sell client advertising data or use it to build unrelated consumer profiles. Privacy requests can be sent to support@copilotads.com.

Terms of Service

Copilot Ads is for teams authorized to manage the advertising accounts they connect. Users must have permission from each client or account owner and comply with the terms, policies, and API rules of every connected advertising platform.

The platform provides reporting, recommendations, automation controls, and campaign-management workflows. Users remain responsible for their business decisions, budgets, and approval settings. Copilot Ads does not guarantee specific campaign results.

Data Deletion

Workspace administrators can disconnect a platform connection in Copilot Ads, after which the stored token is no longer used for that advertising account. Users can also revoke Google access from their Google Account or Google Ads account access settings.

To request deletion of workspace data, email support@copilotads.com with the workspace name, connected platform, and account identifiers. We verify authorization before deleting or anonymizing records; some operational logs may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
