Data Deletion

How to disconnect advertising accounts, revoke Copilot Ads access, and request deletion of your data.

Request data deletion

Email support@copilotads.com with the subject line "Data deletion request". Include your name, the email address or Facebook account you used with Copilot Ads, and, if relevant, the workspace name and the ad account IDs you want removed.

We verify that the request comes from the person or an authorized representative of the account owner, confirm receipt, and delete the data within 30 days. We email you when deletion is complete.

Remove Copilot Ads access in Meta

If you connected with Facebook Login: go to Facebook Settings & privacy > Settings, open Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Copilot Ads, and choose Remove. You can also request deletion of your data there; we will receive the request from Meta and process it as above.

If you shared an ad account or Page with our Business Manager: in Meta Business Settings, open the ad account or Page, go to Partners, and remove MB Media Advisors.

Disconnect other platforms

A workspace administrator can disconnect any platform connection from the Copilot Ads platform settings. Once disconnected, Copilot Ads stops using the stored token for that account.

You can also revoke access directly in each platform: Google Account security settings or Google Ads account access settings, TikTok Business Center, and Snapchat Business Manager.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers access tokens, your Facebook user ID and name, imported account, campaign, creative, and performance data, recommendation and assistant history, and workspace records. Records we must keep for legal, security, or billing reasons are retained only as long as required.

Deleting data in Copilot Ads does not delete campaigns, ads, billing records, or advertising history inside Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, or other third-party platforms.
