Copilot Ads
Copilot Ads helps authorized agency teams connect advertising accounts, monitor performance, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Teams grant access through platform authorization. Copilot Ads reads campaign performance and supports controlled campaign-management actions only for advertising accounts the agency is authorized to manage.
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 8, 2026. Copilot Ads is operated by MB Media Advisors L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone license no. 2415265.01), Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we process: user name and email, workspace membership and roles; for Meta, the Facebook user ID, name, and access token granted through Facebook Login (ads_read, ads_management, business_management, pages_read_engagement, pages_show_list) or a Meta system user token, and the ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, performance insights, Pages, and linked Instagram accounts those permissions cover; equivalent data from Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat; creative files, ad copy, and assistant messages users provide; hashed (SHA-256) customer identifiers for Conversions API features; and error and session diagnostics.
How and why: only to provide Copilot Ads to the workspace that connected the data, including reporting, AI-generated analysis, recommendations and ad copy, creative uploads, approved campaign actions, monitoring, audit logs, and support. We do not sell or license platform data or use it to profile individuals.
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase, Vercel, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenCode Zen, and Sentry. We also send data to the advertising platforms a client connects when it manages campaigns there.
Security: tokens are stored server-side and used only by backend services; workspace access is role-based. Report vulnerabilities to support@copilotads.com with the subject "Security".
Retention and deletion: we keep platform data while the workspace and connection are active, delete assistant conversations after 90 days, and delete platform data within 30 days of disconnection, workspace closure, or a deletion request, except records required for legal, security, or billing reasons. Anyone can request deletion as described in the Data Deletion section.
Terms of Service
Copilot Ads is provided by MB Media Advisors L.L.C-FZ. It is for teams authorized to manage the advertising accounts they connect. Users must have permission from each client or account owner and comply with the terms, policies, and API rules of every connected advertising platform.
The platform provides reporting, recommendations, ad copy, creative uploads, and campaign-management workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing and approving ads before activation and for their business decisions, budgets, and approval settings. Copilot Ads does not guarantee specific campaign results.
Data Deletion
To request deletion, email support@copilotads.com with the subject "Data deletion request", including your name, the email or Facebook account you used, and any workspace or ad account IDs. We verify the request and delete the data within 30 days, then confirm by email.
To remove Copilot Ads in Meta: in Facebook Settings, open Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select Copilot Ads, and choose Remove. If you shared an ad account or Page with our Business Manager, remove MB Media Advisors under Partners in Meta Business Settings. Workspace administrators can also disconnect any platform in Copilot Ads settings.
Deletion covers tokens, your Facebook user ID and name, imported account, campaign, creative, and performance data, and workspace records. It does not delete campaigns or history inside Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, or other platforms.
